The whole span

Six hours old. Ninety-three years.

Tim’s youngest patient was six hours old; his oldest, ninety-three. Everyone between comes too.

Three generations of the same families come for treatment, and patients travel from all over the country for it.

Twenty-eight years of practice, ring by ring.

What Tim treats

What comes through the door.

i.

New-borns & mothers

Cranial osteopathy for babies and children is core work here.

Twenty-five years’ particular focus on new-borns and pregnant women.

ii.

Backs, necks & shoulders

The everyday work: getting stiff, sore bodies moving properly again.

Yoga and martial-arts techniques folded into the treatment.

iii.

The tough bits

Western Medical Acupuncture for the really tough bits.

ACC registered — treatment without a GP referral.

How Tim works

Gentle first. Stronger only when needed.

01

Listen

To what you say — and even more to what you don’t.

02

Stretch

Gentle techniques and plenty of stretching first — most bodies arrive shrink-wrapped by their own muscles.

03

Adjust

Spinal adjustments come last, and only when they’re needed.

So the fix holds once you’re home.
